Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Opened or used items
- E-liquids (due to hygiene reasons)
- Open pods (accessories) due to hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at treasurevape7@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions if your return is accepted. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Shipping Policy
We only ship within Canada. Our shipping timelines are:
- 1-3 business days within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
- Up to 7 business days for metro areas
- Up to 10 business days for areas outside metro regions
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us at treasurevape7@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at treasurevape7@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 8-14 business days. If your refund has not been received after 15 business days, please contact us.
