Shipping Availability
Treasure Vape ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • GTA (Greater Toronto Area): 1-3 business days
  • Metro Areas: Up to 7 business days
  • Outside Metro Areas: Up to 10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount, as indicated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that tracking is not available for shipments.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Treasure Vape is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your shipment, please contact us at treasurevape7@gmail.com for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in their area. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these regulations.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at treasurevape7@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Treasure Vape is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
